EYES AND SOUL / BEAUTY FAVORITES

Quality is the number one priority when I choose products for my eye area. They are too sensitive to experiment on and I don’t want anything that could possibly damage my eyes.

When I buy cosmetics for my other skin area, I buy them based on the ingredients, quality and the price. But when it comes to my eyes, I want no trouble.

So here are my favourites for eye make up and care category.

In case you are wondering what flower this is, my uncle picked up this somewhere near our apartment. I suspect this might be some kind of a sage brush but they really are beautiful!

So the smallest one is Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner

It really is a super long-wear eyeliner. I'm a fan of gel eyeliners because they don't hurt my eyes and look natural. I'm just happy I invested in this one. Mine is in shade number 2 'sepia ink'.

The square one is Bobbi Brown 'Shimmering Sands' Eyeshadow Palette

I just love how they stay for all day and the way they look.

Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler

This curler works great for my monolid eyes.

Real Techniques Eyeshadow brush

I must say almost 80 percent of my brushes are from Real Techniques. Plus they are very affordable.

Helena Rubenstein Lash Queen Sexy Blacks Waterproof Mascara

I just love the case and everything about this mascara. My eyes are super sensitive to most mascaras and this one doesn't make my eyes itchy.

SKIN CARE AND EYE CREAM

Acure Brightening Facial Scrub
I bought this super dark, spirulina like colored, facial scrub in a very reasonable price from iherb. It works really great.

Life-flo Pure Rosehip Seed Oil
I just love face oils. Any kind of face oils! This one is the best one so far for my combination skin. I use them 2-3 times a week to restore my skin depending on the weather and my skin condition.

Sierra bees Organic Lip Balm
Talk about cheap price and quality. It comes in package with 8 different scent for 4 dollars plus shipping.

Clinique All about eyes rich
I love this eye cream for being not too thick or thin. This eye cream reduces circles and puffs. You might want to use another eye cream for daytime because it doesn't have SPF.

food for the soul. CHIA SEED
I recommend chia seed for people who don't like drinking plain water but know they should. Chia seed is one of the healthiest foods on the planet. It's a good source of protein, fiber, antioxidants and omega-3.

Benefits: Good for the skin, digestion, heart, diabetes, energy,...etc

I usually use one tablespoon in 1 litre water and drink after soaking for 10 minutes. Too much use of chia seed could discomfort your stomach because of the high fiber content.

food for the body. COCONUT OIL
I have heard so many magical things about coconut oil and this is my first try.
This really is a great body and hair oil. Super hydrating. I haven't tried it on my face yet because of the thick structure.

I tried to use it as a makeup cleanser but ended up using other oil cleanser. Something felt wrong to use it on my face.
